International Delivery
At ELSO, we are dedicated to delivering our products internationally with care, transparency, and efficiency. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our international delivery guidelines below.
We currently ship to selected GCC countries, helping us serve customers beyond borders.
1. Delivery Timeline
For international orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, delivery is generally completed within 8 to 10 working days, subject to customs clearance and local regulations.
Our working days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays.
2. Shipping Charges
International shipping charges vary based on destination and other factors:
- Oman: 5% Shipping & Handling Fee
- Bahrain: AED 200 (excluding VAT)
- Qatar: AED 130 (excluding VAT)
- Kuwait: AED 200 (excluding VAT)
- Saudi Arabia: AED 73.5 (excluding VAT)
Shipping costs may vary depending on product type, order value, package weight, delivery location, and customs-related charges.
3. Payment Methods
All international orders require prepaid payment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in Oman and the UAE.
We accept Visa and Credit Cards issued by any bank.
4. Refund & Exchange Policy
Please note that international orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final.
5. Delivery Availability
We deliver across Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.
Some remote areas in Saudi Arabia may not be eligible for doorstep delivery. In such cases, orders can be collected from the nearest designated location.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
7. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS.
- Notification when the order is shipped
- Notification when the order is out for delivery
Our delivery partner may also contact you upon arrival.
8. Address Changes
Delivery address changes can be requested before dispatch only. Once shipped, address modifications are not allowed.
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances. Your feedback is always welcome.

11. Installment Payment Options
Installment payment plans with 0% interest are available at checkout for UAE & KSA, subject to eligibility.
