All purchased items from ELSO can be returned within 7 days of product delivery. Returned items may be replaced or refunded, depending on the issue, product type, and condition of the returned item.
Note: Internationally shipped products will not be refunded, only replaced.
Conditions for Return
Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The product is not what you ordered or has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is a fragrance, not a beauty product.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received, including:
- Unopened seals
- Original brand packaging
- Any sampling pieces or manuals
- All ELSO tags attached
Important: Cancellation and returns are not handled through customer service email. We strongly discourage sending requests via email, as high email volume may delay response.
Refund Process
Online Prepaid Orders
- Cancellation before shipping: 2.5% of total order value will be deducted.
- Return after shipping: AED 25 courier charges will be applied.
- Refund Timeline: 7–10 working days to be processed to your credit card.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- Refund Method: Refunds credited to ELSO e-wallet.
- Cancellation before shipping: No charges if cancelled upfront.
- Return after shipping: AED 25 courier charges will be applied.
- Refund Timeline: Wallet refunds processed within 24 hours of the order’s return to the warehouse.
