You hereby expressly agree not to use any automated method, including but not limited to scripts or web crawlers, to access or attempt to access the Website or any portion thereof. You acknowledge that you will refrain from taking any action that harms the Website in any way (or the servers and networks that are connected to the Website).
You hereby declare that you will not, for any reason, duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, trade, or resell the Website. You acknowledge that if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, you alone are responsible for the consequences (including any loss or harm that elso.ae may sustain as a result).
Amendment to the Terms of Use and Your Account
To access certain services or areas of the Site, you might need to register with elso.ae first. We reserve the right to deny your request for a user name in connection with any such registration. If you use the Site, you are in charge of keeping your password and account information secure as well as limiting access to your computer, and you agree to take responsibility for all activities that take place using your account or password. elso.ae reserves the right to close your account, refuse service to you, or cancel orders in addition to all other rights that may be available to it, such as those stated in these Terms & Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions may occasionally change or be modified by us. You must visit our Terms of Use frequently and review them because they will govern how you use our site and service going forward. Each version has a specific date on it. You must immediately stop using our site and service if you do not agree to the revised version.
Intellectual Property
Text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively "Content") on the Site are owned or licensed property of elso.ae or its suppliers or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. elso.ae owns the collection, arrangement, and assemblage of all content on the Site. All intellectual property rights in all Content are expressly reserved by elso.ae and its suppliers and licensors.
Legal Ability to Contract
Only you, if you are older than eighteen (18), may place orders with elso.ae. You confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) by accepting these "Terms of Use." elso.ae reserves the right to seek reimbursement from the parents or legal guardians of any minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with elso.ae if we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor.
Prices
- Base Currency: All fees and costs are expressed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Modification of Prices: Prices on elso.ae are liable to change at any time. A launch price, a promotional offer, or sales may also affect prices.
- Errors in Typography: elso.ae makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information. However, due to human error, we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, pricing, or photographs are entirely accurate. If a product is labeled with an incorrect price, elso.ae reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for said product.
Orders
- Order Placement: You must ensure that your personal information is current and accurate when placing an order. elso.ae is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses due to form errors.
- Process Duration: Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours if items are in stock. Orders are not processed over weekends and public holidays.
- Order Modifications & Cancellation: You may request a change or cancellation if your order has not been prepared for shipping. We strongly advise calling our customer service for cancellations rather than emailing, to ensure the request is seen in time.
Payment
Currently, elso.ae accepts COD ("Cash on Delivery") and other secure payment methods as displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is primarily available within the United Arab Emirates. elso.ae reserves the right to refuse delivery if there is a pending legal dispute or unpaid fees from previous orders.
Invoice
The customer receives a physical or digital invoice when their package is delivered. A copy is also stored in the elso.ae database for future reference.
Limitations of Liability
In every situation, the maximum liability of elso.ae is limited to the purchase price of the sold goods. elso.ae shall not be liable for any third-party claims for damages, malfunctions, delays, or loss of business. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Rule of Law
UAE Law governs this User Agreement and will be followed in interpreting it. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
